Brink Browser ("Brink", "the app", "we", "us") is a research browser application developed by Josh Bradley, an independent developer based in the United Kingdom. The app is available on the Apple App Store for iPad and iPhone.
By downloading, installing or using Brink, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you are under 16 years of age, you must have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the app.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Brink for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control.

Brink is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or in-app purchases at this time.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's own Terms of Sale. We do not handle payment information directly. Refund requests are governed by Apple's refund policy and should be directed to Apple.
We aim to keep Brink available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.
We may release updates to the app from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using certain features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.
All content, design, code, graphics and branding within Brink Browser are the intellectual property of Josh Bradley unless otherwise stated. The Brink name, logo and app icon are proprietary marks.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than as permitted by the licence above.
You are responsible for how you use Brink and for any content you save, note or record within the app. Brink is intended for personal study and research use. You agree not to use the app in any way that is unlawful, harmful or in violation of any third party's rights.
Brink is a web browser. When you browse websites through the app, you are subject to those websites' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third-party websites you visit.
Brink is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Josh Bradley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Brink, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of research, or loss of productivity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
Brink is designed for users aged 16 and over. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
